Refund and Returns Policy
At Noor-e-Zaib Jewelry, we aim to provide high-quality products with excellent service. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged product upon delivery
- Manufacturing defect
To be eligible for a return:
- Product must be unused and in original condition
- Must include original packaging and tags
- Request must be made within 3 to 5 working days of delivery
Note: We do NOT accept returns for “change of mind,” size issues, color preferences, or minor variations.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Customized or personalized jewelry
- Sale, discounted, or clearance items
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Gift cards or vouchers
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Provide your order number, product image, and issue details.
- Our team will guide you through the verification process.
- Once approved, you will be instructed on how to send the product back.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued ONLY under these conditions:
- Product is damaged
- Wrong item sent
- Genuine manufacturing defect verified by our team
Refunds will be issued as:
- Store credit (fastest option)
- Bank transfer (may take 7–10 working days)
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing them.
After this time, we cannot guarantee cancellation because the order may already be processed.
6. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges only if:
- Wrong size was delivered
- Wrong product was delivered
Customer will handle shipping costs unless it was our mistake.
